They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"Chuck returned my call within 2-3 days and came over and we discussed what needed to be done. He returned with an estimate within a day or two. We arranged for a start date and he and his team were on site at the agreed upon day and time. They pressure washed all the woodwork, ceiling and siding on the porch; they scraped, caulked and primed. There was a lot of scraping, especially the wood railings. A lot of attention was paid to the prep. Everything was topped off with a couple of coats of beautiful paint. They even suggested a wonderful contrasting color for the brickwork which turned out very nice. In addition, they cleaned and painted the concrete steps as well as filled in some gaps with concrete between the steps and the foundation. I was very please with how they cleaned up everything when they were done too. The job was done in 3 days."

"I found them on Angie’s List. He showed me pictures of everything and what he took out. He showed me the work and it wasn’t like made up or anything. He took pictures before and after on the roof of the part that was rotten and after he redid it. I was happy with him. I looked afterwards and there was no complaint. They did it in a timely manner, like they said they would. There were rain delays and it wasn’t their problem. They never tried to change the price on me. They cleaned up like nails and stuff in the driveway. I checked the driveway and there weren’t any nails or anything. They did a pretty good job. They did fine and it was a good job. I did have other estimates and they were okay. They called and asked if anything was wrong, and it has been a year. They got delayed and the work got a little hurried but it was damp and they couldn’t get to it. They did everything they were going to do. They didn’t try to cover and not replace certain things to make more profit, and I see all new gutters and everything."

"After I set up the appointment, they called back and changed the schedule so it wasn't done when I wanted it and I really wasn't happy about it. Also, I didn't realize they were going to use a portable machine instead of a truck-mounted machine so I don't think it did the job as well. That was my fault since I didn't ask. The guy who did the work was very pleasant and very professional, yet it was a problem for him to be there with cleaners as they didn't move as fast as he did and he didn't like having to wait."
