Every 5 years my garage door torsion spring break from over use. Tom is the guy I call to replace them. Today was his 3rd visit. Always, fast, friendly professional service at great pricing. If you have garage door issues, call Tom, he goes above and beyond.

My garage door was out of commission. I called and left a message to the business and they got back to me that evening and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and replaced the torsion spring and added another, stating that the door should have two springs. The price was very reasonable. The work was completed quickly, and my garage door operates much better than it did before it broke. Highly recommend the "Door Guy" for all your garage door needs!

My garage door stopped working. Tom came out promptly and looked at it. Due to the age of the equipment, he suggested I replace it all. Which I did. Tom was friendly, prompt, worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend his services.

Tom was very professional, very prompt and was readily available to come out and inspect my broken garage door. He offered several options on replacements and came in a timely manner to replace the door. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. Great experience, thank you very much!

It went good. Tom arrived on-time, completed the work and cleaned up all material. During the on-site consultation he walked me through the pros and cons of repairing the current door. He was very knowledgeable about new equipment he recommended. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Amazing service!!! The spring broke at the most inopportune time: on a Sunday. Unable to get our cars out of the garage, we began making arrangements for transportation for work and appointments for Monday. In looking for a repair contractor, we discovered The Door Guy's excellent reviews on Angie's List. We immediately left them a message asking for an appointment. Within an hour, we received a call from them. After texting them pictures of the garage door and springs as requested, they called us shortly thereafter stating that Tom would arrive at 1pm to replace the springs and make any necessary adjustments for the price of $275 plus tax, all on a SUNDAY!!! Tom arrived promptly at 1pm, replaced the springs, and made a few corrections to our previous garage door repair (another contractor). It has been very difficult for our family to find reliable and professional contractors in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. We know great service when we see it. We highly recommend The Door Guy for your future garage door needs.

Excellent, professional and timely service. The spring coils on my garage door opener broke (of course on a Saturday). I called the Door Guy that morning and was very surprised to find them open and available for a same day repair. A very courteous and responsive receptionist was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and relayed the information to the 'Door Guy.' Within 3 hours of my initial call, he was on site and busy making the repairs. Very professional and friendly service. The door was fixed in about an hour. I would definitely recommend the 'Door Guy' to anyone in need of professional and timely garage door service.

The Door Guy is the best! He was on time for both the estimate and to work the project! His install of our garage door opener was TOP NOTCH! He even corrected several imperfections on our garage door I had installed through Home Depot a few years ago at no additional charge!I I really wish I had gone through him for that install! He has some hilarious stories too! I highly recommend him for any garage door work! And his price is very reasonable!

Tom initially came to our house to look at what was going on with our garage door. He explained how the garage doors and openers are supposed to be installed and how they are supposed to work. He found a number of issues with our current doors including safety concerns which we were completely unaware of. He did not charge us for just showing up at our house as most service people do nowadays. He made a recommendation and in short order we received a quote which was very reasonable. Tom and his co-worker worked very hard the entire time that he was at our home to do the work. In fact, he made an estimate of when he would be finished so that I could go run an errand. They finished before I came back and they were patiently waiting for me. This has to be one of our best experiences in terms of home repairs. He is professional. He explains exactly what he is going to do in a way that is understandable. We highly recommend The Door Guy Sales and Service!!

Tom arrived at 8:30 am, exactly as promised. He worked like a dynamo until around 4:00 until the job was done. I don't think he took any breaks. He tore down and hauled away the old doors, installed the new ones with openers and didn't leave until he had completely explained how everything operated. The new doors look beautiful and work flawlessly. Tom's wife, who handled the scheduling, was warm, friendly and quick to return phone calls. Prompt, polite and professional - I highly recommend The Door Guy.

This business was excellent to deal with from start to finish. Tom showed up on time, was very polite and professional. He installed new exterior torsion springs, replaced the cables, installed an inside door handle and then took the time to adjust the opener and make sure everything was working perfectly and it did. The total cost of this job was 265.00, another much larger company wanted 749.00 for the exact same thing, and that didn't include replacing the cables.
While some will try to gouge the customer, this business however delivers an excellent service at a fair price. I just wished I had checked Angie's list first and found The Door Guy to start with, it would have saved me money, time and aggravation. They have good reviews for a reason! I would highly recommend this business if you need any kind of garage door work.

He was great. He was absolutely wonderful. He was a really nice guy. He came when he said he would come. He had the door in within a week. He was very reasonable. I got three other prices. He was in the medium ballpark. He really did a good job. The gentleman was very polite and on time. He delivered the product when promised. His wife sets the appointment. I just liked talking to her.
