The person he hired to do the house power wash left a portion of the house under the deck unwashed. The contractor took my personal information l provided to Angi and transferred it to another website without my consent. I will not use this contractor again. I am also considering not using Angi again. I think the company has gone downhill from what it was. Maybe it is managed by new owners."

"SAR does great work. An intoxicated driver took out the culvert and rock flower bed in the front of our home. I had a hard time getting someone to give us an estimate and our neighbor gave us SARâ  s name. They gave us a fair price and the the project was completed in two days. "We started out hiring Comprehensive Property Solutions for gutter cleaning. And the job quality and personal interactions with John made us want to hire him for doing our basement remodel. We couldn't be happier with him and his wonderful team. The extent of the job was a total room remodel which included demolition of an old brick hearth, a ceiling that was falling down and old 1970's paneling on the walls. They did all the demo and clean up and then hung new drywall on the walls and ceiling, built in a closet, put up new molding and new lights. Also installed a new heating/air conditioning unit in three of the basement rooms. Along the way he did other side jobs for us such as putting molding around our front porch pillars and hauling junk for us on three occasions. No job seems to big or small for this company. You won't meet a nicer and accommodating team. Their professionalism and friendliness made me so happy. Johns communication skills are stellar and I never had to worry that I didn't know where we were in the projects process. When the project was finished we are over the top happy with how everything turned out. We will for sure hire them again in the future."

"Hired them to power wash my house. After the power wash, which was great, we found our only 2 exterior power outlets no longer worked. We have been in this home for 2 years and these outlet have worked consistently prior to the service. When I contacted them I was immediately met with denial and questions about the upkeep of my home. The final straw was a text where the owner said ?we cannot be responsible of everything now that is wrong at your home?. Our home is a $670k house that we work hard for and meticulously maintain. I am gonna buy 2 outlets ($30 each) and have the work done to repair our outlets. This is not about the cost. Very disappointed."
