"Matt repaired a few areas of drywall in our ceiling that had been damaged by a leak and along the edges of some walls. He arrived on time, every time. "Really happy with the drywall repair. Had a decent-sized hole in the wall that I figured would need a visible patch, but honestly you can't tell it was ever damaged - texture and paint match perfectly. "Bob and his Assistant showed up two days prior to give an estimate, and provided me with a list of all the materials needed to insulate and underpin the back of my home. It included a detailed list of items such as the correct screws, nails, metal sheating, and insulation to purchase. They had all their own tools though to complete the job. I ordered my own materials from Lowe's, according to his estimate. They showed up immediately, the very next day, after the Lowe's order was delivered and began working. They also power washed the entire exterior of the house, he brought his own power washer, and hoses. All I needed to do was supply the water and a water connection. Their service was average, he had somewhat of a fiesty atittude at times, long lunch and breaks, however, people need breaks and a lunch. Not a big deal. Lol. Otherwise, since the job was completed satisfactorily, and I was pleased with it, I will not complain about anything else. Yes, I will definitely use his services again in the future, if needed."

"He performed a variety of projects, fixed storm door, installed door knobs, significant bathroom tile repairs, installed a marble bathroom vanity, reinstalled a pedestal sink properly. He is coming back to paint, install drapes. Great service, great price, highly recommend."

The best type of anchors to use on plaster walls are the ones that will bite into the surrounding area, such as molly bolts and toggle bolts. Masonry anchors with expanders on the sides also work for lighter pictures.

You can drywall an unheated garage because the material handles cold temperatures perfectly well. There are no risks or downsides to installing drywall in a garage that is not heated, and the material stands up to moisture and other elements quite well. Drywall will protect your unheated garage's electric wires and cables and add fire protection. Drywalling directly over plaster seals in the old material, and if any problems arise later, you will need to remove both layers down to the structural beams for repairs.
