We are a local business located in Washington Pa. For many years we located homes that needed TLC and brought their full potential back to new. Many times our team would perform custom updates on homes to make them better than the home when it was new. We have rebuilt homes from the ground up on many occasions. The only work we will not do is do electrical upgrades such as working on electric panels or do HVAC service work. However, we have available contractors on call for those tasks we work closely with if you need those tasks done.

"The guys texted upon arrival so we knew when time would start on the clock (payment). They were all super nice, very helpful, respectful & thorough. I already scheduled another appointment for drywall. I am telling everyone how awesome they were!!!"

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
