"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. "Stay as far away from Wayflower as you possibly can (we used them because of a broker, which is another HUGE mistake). From start to finish, Wayflower is unprofessional, unethical, lazy, and an absolute disaster. As shady a mover as we have ever experienced. They demanded cash after loading all our goods on their truck. But they refused to provide a bill of lading. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank BOL, then provided a fraudulent, filled out BOL the next day. No box counts. No bar codes. No knowing if all of our stuff was even on the truck. Upon arrival, they demanded the other half of payment in cash before they would unload anything. And demanded it with only half the load on premise. When they opened the trucks, the majority of boxes ( and plastic bins) were crushed or broken or both. No care at all for our belongings. The two-man crew, neither of whom spoke English, refused to reassemble furniture (despite the contract) and even tried to pretend to do so. The our one be"

This included their moving everything out on Friday, and then everything in on Monday. The sales consultant was very thorough in pricing the quote, and I felt like I had a good idea of what it was going to cost going into it. He was clear with all the instructions as well. When the moving crew showed up, they were polite. They were there to work, and seemed to know what they were doing. An experienced driver seemed to be the main person, and he kept an eye on what everyone else was doing. They were very careful with everything. I worried over the weekend that my stuff would be damaged or missing, but when the move-in occurred the following Monday, everything was accounted for and nothing was damaged. They used every bit as much care moving things in. The new place has multiple floors with many steps. The crew never complained; instead, they kept their "let's get this done" attitude. The final bill was very reasonable, and with all my stairs, they earned every penny. I hadn't realized during move-out, but they had to take my bed apart. They carefully put every piece back together and I would not have known had I not of happened to be in the room when they put it together. The crew occasionally asked me questions to make sure that everything went where it was supposed to go. I chose All Ways based on the number and content of positive reviews on Yelp, Facebook, BBB, and Google. I originally looked at another company that provides moves in Pittsburgh, but stepped back after other companies reviews on those mediums were either bad or at least not as good as All Ways. All Ways earned my highest recommendation - well done!"
