Doug showed up and broke down the estimate into terms I could understand and explain the whole process that needed to be done and why. The guys showed up on time and got all three of the projects finished above and beyond the wife and my expectations. I will definitely call them in the future.

We had a broken window. Doug the owner showed up at the time I requested so I wouldn't be late for work. Took the broken window with him and had it repaired and back in the following day. He was polite. Covered his shoes with booties as to not track the floor. I will definitely hire him again for future jobs.
