"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

I CAN PULL THE BOARDS UP BECAUSE THEY ARE SO SPACED. ONE HUGE CHIP. THERE’S GAIGES IN THE LVT. Spoke with LASHAY TEASLEY customer service who after looking at pictures TOLD ME THIS WAS MY FAULT AND WOULD NOT BE COVERED. I WAS APPARENTLY LIED TO BY SALES REP WHEN HE SAID WE HAD 5 year coverage on install and 25 years on product. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES. "I can't say enough good things about this company. Michael quoted me an estimate, we set date for work, he was there on time, had the job done that day and he never quit until the job was finished. He has all the proper tools needed and he knows how to use them. My home needed electric improvements. He removed the old light in the kitchen and installed a new led light and installed a completely new ceiling light in my pantry. He then put in a new electrical outlet and switch for that room. Also changed old outlet in laundry room and put in proper new outlet/switch. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to help me out. He even replaced my recessed light bulbs that had quit working. Would definitely recommend this company. If you call them, they call you back, you set your appointment date, they are there right on time and when the job is finished, they clean up after themselves. I know I will be using them again in the near future."
