"We have been looking for a reliable Handyman for some time. J.A.N.I Construction showed up as promised and completed excellent work. I will recommended him to my family, church family, and co-workers. It is hard to find people who takes pride in their work. Throughout the project JANI assured me the work was being done as requested. My project is beautiful and was completed in a timely manner."

"Ryan and his team were great. They put up a whole side of the house in brand new siding, and then repaired another side of the house (again vinyl siding). They spent much more time on the project than they had planned, but did not ask for any additional money. They were meticulous and thorough, and are great to work with. We highly recommend for siding and any other exterior projects."

"Mr. Ramirez and his crew did an amazing job on anything I have thrown at them. They have redone my bathroom, remodeled my basement, built shelves for my closet, and put together furniture including a bunk bed for my boys, a coffee table, an end table, and a 68 TV stand. His prices are always fair and he communicates very well."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Costs range from $25,000 to $50,000, depending on size, design, and additional features.

Yes, you can absolutely use a sand filter with a saltwater pool, but you’ll have to make sure you have the right grade of sand to catch smaller particles, just like in a standard pool. To choose the right pool filter, consider the degree of filtration you’ll need. Cartridge or diatomaceous earth filters can remove smaller particles, so they’re better suited for a less chlorinated saltwater pool.

Weekly to maintain a safe and healthy swimming environment.

Natural pools don’t necessarily attract snakes, although there is a chance they could stop by for a quick visit. They’re not likely to stay, however, because there’s nothing for snakes to eat in a natural pool environment. A well-maintained natural pool has clear water, so you should be able to easily spot a snake before diving in.

An in-ground concrete pool will carry the highest price tag of all available types of pools, with architectural or freeform concrete pools found at the top end of the price range. Although the upfront costs for a concrete pool are high, these pools tend to be more durable than pools made from other materials and will last the longest.
