Jamie and Aaron are some of the kindest most genuine people we?ve ever met. Their customer service along with the quality of their work exceeded all of our expectations. The attentiveness to detail along with their responsiveness to every question we had was and is still impressive to us. . They genuinely care about their customers and took their time to ensure we understood every step of the process. Our pool turned out beautifully and we couldn?t be happier.

I highly recommend Patriot Pools the experience was great from start to finish. They are a local family owned business with a wealth of knowledge and experience. They met with us went over all details gave us options, were extremely honest and communicative. If we had any questions we could always expect a quick response and followed up with us through the entire build of our pool. The owner Aaron works along side his workers to make sure he is part of the project and everything runs smoothly. The final result was stunning better than we anticipated ! EXCELLENT customer service! From start to finish our pool install was a wonderful experience. Jamie and Aaron walked me through all the steps and answered all the questions I had, guided me through the process with their experience. Very attentive, all called back or emailed quickly, great communication and were present for every step of the way and kept me posted as to what was happening and when. Our pool is beautiful, and I cannot thank them enough for making it such a wonderful experience! Highly reccommend them!

We worked with Patriot Pools for the design and construction of our pool. I cannot say enough good things about them. From our very first meeting through the end of the project, Aaron and Jamie were professional, communicative and knowledgeable. We had a general idea of what we wanted but once we started with with Aaron he showed us the art of the possible and then executed on it flawlessly. One other key thing is that I have never seen anyone with the work ethic that Aaron and his team has. They stayed on schedule worked through all kinds of weather and frankly I am not certain that they ever took a lunch break. At the end of the day they built a beautiful pool worked closely with the other yard contractors for the patio and fence install and turned our backyard into an absolute oasis. I feel like we got a great product at a great price. I highly recommend Patriot Pools.

Patriot Pools has done an outstanding job taking care of all my pool needs for the past 5 years; From completely replacing my liner, and solving my floating liner problem, to routine maintenance and just answering simple pool questions. They did simply did the job right every time all the time. When it was time to sell the house last month they were there to assist with great customer service, information, and timeliness at an affordable price. They ensured the pool was crystal clear and ready to go for all showings and ready for the next owner. The thing I valued most over the past 5 years with Patriot Pools is their customer service. Jamie and Aaron genuinely care about the project at hand and you as the customer. If I ever had a question they would answer it right away and even teach me on how to do some of the routine upkeep to help me save money and keep the pool looking great. When it came time to sell the house they ensured we were successful. It was always a pleasure working with Jamie and Aaron at Patriot Pools and I will miss working with them!

I purchased a house in June with an in-ground pool that was "supposed" to be swim-ready. After we bought the house we found out that the liner was bad. I called around to three companies for a quote. Patriot Pools' price was the best. The pool liner was installed in the next few weeks. This company is great! They have top-notch customer service. After pool season I had them install a brand new cover. Again, an excellent job! I highly recommend them.

I have been associated with Patriot Pools for about the past 20 years. They have installed pool liners, replaced my pump, installed a new cover, opened and closed my pool, and done maintenance. They have always been conscientious of the work being performed. Recently I sold my house and, of course, I wanted the pool to look great. A deadline had to be met as the new owners were moving in and the pool had to be crystal clear. Aaron and his crew were over every day cleaning and adjusting the chemicals. They really worked with me and went up and beyond expectations to get it looking perfect by the deadline. I would not have anyone else work on my pool. I would highly recommend them. I am moving to Florida and wish I could take them with me.

I thought they were nice until my pool was damaged during the installation process. They accepted the pool from the manufacture with no hole in it, then installed my fiber glass pool and then started filling it up with water. I found out later that they knew that they saw the crack after probing the sand with water but continued to filled the pool up and not tell me till the next day. They then said it was a manufacture defect ..then they changed and said the pool was damaged during transit I was told I could do nothing but deal with the hole and get it fixed. The manufacture of the pool did indeed fixed it but I paid extra for this so call Super Shield to protect the color which you can clearly see where the damage had occurred. Patriot Pools then asked me where I wanted to have my railing and I said the left side of the pool, they did not even put it over the water where it goes. They literally put it on left side of pool and did not even verify If that was correct. I cant speak to owner because his girlfriend Jamie is the office manager and she is so hard to deal with. I am the customer and I am always wrong, I cant ask questions. I have been so displeased and spent so much money and have not been compensated for this damaged pool and now I have to pay extra money to get the hand rail re- installed from the concrete the right way. I would not recommend such a big project to this company. Stick with cleaning the pools and fixing liners. I have pictures and videos.

Quick easy and inexpensive

My pool liner began to float which led to an eventual tear in the liner. I called other companies first and they would not touch the job since the pool liner was floating and I needed a solution to take care of the root cause of the high water table. I was referred to Patriot Pools by another company. Jamie and Aaron rock. They made time for me came up with a great solution and gave a good price for the new liner and water drainage system. The liner looks great and the drainage system kept the pool liner in place with no floating all summer even with large storms. They are straight forward down to earth people that give an honest assessment and do honest work. I feel fortunate to have found the one for my pool needs.

Had need for in-ground pool bottom wall repair and liner replacement. Repairs performed and liner replaced efficiently and professionally. Pool has vinyl covered steps and new liner fits like a glove. Price was great. Aaron and Jamie are great people to work with. Will use Patriot Pools for any future pool issues that may arise.

my only disappointment with PATRIOT POOLS would be the rating system, PATRIOT POOLS IS A 10 ALL ACROSS BOARD, great people to talk with and work with, JAMIE AND ERIN are THE BEST, they be an 11 :)

The tech from Patriot Pools of Virginia was one of the best young men we've ever had work for us. He was prompt, he was courteous and he did a great job. We will be using them from now on!

Patriot Pools was very professional, came and opened the pool even before normal pool openings started. They scheduled the time to close and open and followed up to make sure there would be someone home to allow them access.

I thought a liner replacement was needed because water level was lower than bottom of skimmer, but Aaron came out and determined the liner was not damaged. We ended up going with a pool drain (really bad algae/leaf issue) and replacement sand in the filter for a reasonable price. If I had any feedback about Patriot Pools, it would be two things: 1) they should consider taking other forms of payment besides cash and check, and 2) when draining the pool and cleaning out the stuff from the bottom, don't throw it around the outside of the pool to get stepped in. Stinky stuff. At least put in 1 pile for later disposal. Overall good experience.

they were very helpful and answered all of our questions,they came back to check the ground after it had rained.

Patriot had a little problem with their trucks and I waited over a week to get my pool closed. The men were very helpful in locating everything needed and even tried to repair the hose to the pump. Overall I would highly recommend this company, everyone is extremely nice and polite.
