In addition, he took on a garage remodel, power, washing, landscaping, repairing of my brick front steps, and installations of new screens. The finished product looks good and feels solid. Some of the trim areas (grout lines) near the walls are a little uneven in places. I think the overall price was reasonable, with the exception of the additional charge to come back and seal the grout."
