"My estimator was excellent! Initially the crew missed the option of having the cricket installed behind the chimney, but they sent someone out to do it at a later date when the weather warmed up! Easy fix. The crew did an excellent job on the roof and the cleanup. The Owens-Corning Duration architectural shingles look so much better than those old 3-tabs I had. I would recommend Modern Renovations to anyone in the area in need of a roof replacement."

"Kevin was a few minutes late but I received email updates concerning his progress. He worked quickly and professional to reinstall a towel rack and robe hook in my bathroom and tighten a loose cupboard door. He replaced a faulty light switch downstairs so quickly that I don't realize he'd done it until he told me. The bathroom exhaust fan I had bought was not the kind I wanted, which he pointed out to me, so I ran to Lowes and got another. That one did not quite fit, but Kevin spent some time working it and was able to install it. It's now several days later, I have used everything he repaired several times, and I am very happy with he work. He was also polite and professional. They were not cheap, but I am very happy with them and plan to use this company and hopefully use him again in the future."

"Had a great experience with Gutter Ethics. Called them last minute before Hurricane Florence was expected to pass by our area. Our house had gutter guards installed by previous owners, the guards were not functioning correctly and were actually blocking the gutters and weighing them down. I explained the citation to Justin the owner, he fully understood the danger of tremendous amounts of rain on blocked gutters, and despite being fully booked he accepted to add our house to their list without charging us emergency or last minute fees. The very next day the guys showed up early, they cleaned the gutter and down sprouts, bagged all debris and fixed the loose areas of gutter to house.
