There wasn't an option for installing a whole-house generator, but that is what they did. Excellent, professional job, looks fantastic. Workers, including Tim, were helpful, courteous, and there when you needed them by phone. Cannot say enough good about this excellent company

The Todd Team did an amazing job. Their work was neat, organized and functional. Everything from the trenching to routing wires was done meticulously and with pride in workmanship. The cost was as quoted and under other companies that had me doing a bunch of the manual labor (trenching). They also offered some great advise on issues they noticed when doing this job and we elected to have them perform the additional work for piece of mind. Trust these folks to fairly perform your work at reasonable cost.

This has to be the worst experience with a company that my husband and I have ever experienced.  We dealt with over 8 individuals to complete these tasks.  Some due to the fact that they ordered wrong parts for the job and the ones needed were backordered (understanding this is beyond their control).  The first electricians said "this is the problem", while at the next visit "no, this is the problem" so we didn't know who to believe.  Crews arrived unprepared without the tools and ladders to complete the jobs.  They would have to leave and go back to the office, or I would have to go to Home Depot to purchase parts.  One crew would call additional crew members and supervisor for advice on how to complete a job. 

These simple tasks took months to complete due to the series of unfortunate events. Each time I lost time from work to wait for them, and once they didn't even show up for our appointment.  Calls went unanswered. The supervisor for our job was frequently unavailable, didn't return calls and the staff that answers the phone for Todd Electric doesn't have the answers.  Our service while at the Shamrock Lighting was fine and we bought all fans and lights from them, but they can't help with questions about Todd Electric, you are sent to a voicemail.

Very well. A little difficulty finding the fault. However the electrician, Bob did a pro job troubleshooting and then fixing the problem. Bob was also very personable. Pleasant to talk to.

They were farther away and not easy to deal with. I'm in Frederick and they were a bit of a distance away from here. The place seemed to be really busy. The work that was performed was fine. The price was pretty high.

They showed up on time and even though the power company was over an hour late to disconnect the power supply they didn't charge me for the tardiness of the power company. Very professional and quick service. I had a hard time getting other electricians out here for an estimate. They came right out! Highly recommended!

They were a local company. When my wife drives to work she passes their building everyday and they cross her mind. The first time we called them for an estimate and we were happy with the estimate and so we hired them and we were happy with the work. We have had a good experience with them. We had our house rewired as we put a new generator put in. They rewired the house and put a new panel box and everything. We were very happy with the work they did. They didn't have to fit any appliance because they just had to put in a new panel box and run some wires from the street to our house. The wire was pretty old and they got that done the same day. There is a man who comes and checks out everything and if something is not done the way he thinks it should have been done he has them come back.
