The scraping team of two people were fast and efficient and they also executed the painting. The owner and his father did the carpentry repairs and did a great job. While repairing several holes in the soffits they discovered that the 2nd floor roof hardly existed, the structure having rotted out over time for a lack of gutters on the 3rd floor roof. They will soon come and replace the roof decking and joists and ribbing. During the painting, I had them trim back the huge trees that were hovering over the house adding to the bad condition of the sides of the house. I can't recommend this fine company enough.
