He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... He was willing to come out right away to mow our lawn (which needed to be done), but couldn't come out when he said he was going to until a couple days later. By then we had already mowed our front yard, so he ended up just doing the back. We appreciated he lowered the cost at least to just doing the back yard. We discussed that we needed our lawn mowed every other week, so we thought he would stop by again to mow our lawn when the second week came by. He did not, and we tried contacting him that day but we never got an answer back. No idea what happened, but we may have to go with someone else. My wife is going to be getting surgeries later this year and I will need to be there to care for her, which is why we were looking to hire someone to mow our grass. But we need someone reliable, as we won't be able to ourselves."
