I called Haase with very little time before the close on my house for a foundation wall rebuild and not only did they work me into their December schedule, they got the work done faster than anticipated. Josh Haase communicated with me throughout the process, checking in regularly so that I knew where they were in the process as well. The wall is beautiful and honestly, I wish I'd called and had his team out years ago. Competitive pricing and stellar product! Not only that, on the final day, I hired him to perform a foundation inspection on my new property and he was able to get that done and a full report out to me and my agent in a very quick turn around. Fast forward 10 days and the bank had questions - I added Josh to the email chain and he put those concerns to bed. He's still providing service and cares almost 2 weeks after business has concluded - that's not a thing anymore. I highly recommend Haase to anyone who needs any work. You don't technically need rebar for a concrete patio, but it's a good idea to install it, especially if your patio will support any heavy items. Yes, fiber concrete can crack, and contrary to popular belief, it will crack under similar forces to rebar-reinforced concrete. The difference is in how the crack spreads through the slab. Self-leveling concrete is the best option for your garage floor since it guarantees an even surface in the end. However, most garage floors weren’t made with self-leveling concrete. You don’t need to fully replace the garage floor to use self-leveling concrete. A quarter-to-half-inch of self-leveling concrete on top of your existing floor will be sufficient for a smooth and even finish.

Concrete dries faster in the heat than in the cold, but when concrete cures too fast, it can cause weak concrete. It’s best to pour concrete when temperatures are between 50 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit, watering it five to 10 times per day for seven days (unless you pour concrete in the winter).
