HYLER SEPTIC SERVICE

We had Hyler come out to do a septic tank inspection for our cottage in central Wisconsin.  We have a fairly steep driveway going down to a parking area for the cottage. The parking area has a concrete retaining wall.  After the inspection Hyler had some difficulties getting their truck up the driveway.  They backed down to get a running start and backed into the metal railings for the steps coming down from the parking area.  They bent the railings back so far that a chunk of the concrete retaining wall was knocked out of the wall ( the railings were anchored in the concrete retaining wall).  In addition to destroying the railings and part of the retaining wall, the driveway was all dug up from the truck wheels.  Hyler denied that they did the damage, but could offer no good idea as to how the damage occurred.  Keven from Hyler said maybe someone backed a snowmobile trailer into the railings (???).  This is absurd because there was nobody at the cottage during the week they did the inspection, much less someone with a big truck that could do that kind of damage.  I would never use Hyler again in a million years.
