did not follow-up on work as agreed. does not return phone calls

Poor quality of work. Unskilled workers.

very poor communication. brick walk was completed one day when we were on vacation before we even finalized the design. the bricks do not line up with the driveway creating a tripping hazard. the workers dumped the excess concrete in the woods on our lot. Joe didn't return our calls until we withheld payment.
