  Awful experience is putting it lightly. Ann is exceptionally rude, Mike is a step above a conman. Gave us a reasonable verbal quote for new well pump and tank after ours unexpectedly sprung a leak. Written quote came back 60% higher, then on a subsequent phone call was raised yet another $1k. In attempts to discuss the quote figures, he repeatedly spoke over me and cut off what I was trying to ask or explain. Work was not started or completed within the timeframe quoted. Our yard and portion of concrete patio had to be excavated to remove the original pressure tank, and the job of replacing the dirt and closing up the pit they made is, to say the least, insubstantial. Water quality test results are bacteria positive after multiple shock treatments and system flushes, and despite charging us nearly $10k and touting their "five generations of experience," Mike is not willing to stand behind his work and come back to diagnose any potential system issues and re-sample without invoicing us even further. Aside from the work itself, Mike never once called me by my correct name, never called me the same (incorrect) name more than once, and at one point insisted he had spoken with my wife on the phone the night prior when in fact he had spoken to me, at length.   Very well. Curt and Janean were very prompt. The time between our initial meeting for an estimate and having a written contract in hand was less than a week! That blew us away. With other contractors we considered weeks and months would go by making you think, "Are they really busy, or do they not care for the work?" We had a few changes to the initial contract, including taking Curt's recommendation to resurface the fireplace. Curt's mason wasn't just a mason he was an artist. Our new gas insert fireplaces look great and are getting a lot of work keeping us warm. We added a 200 amp panel and subtracted built in cabinetry. Curt and his sub contractors were very prompt and courteous and once the demolition started someone was working every week if not more. Highly recommendedshow more

  Arrived on schedule. Went through the elimination process and determined problem was in the line to the pump or the pump itself (no water pressure). The service rep explained everything so that I understood fully what was going to happen. The pipe to the well motor was pulled up and a nickel sized hole was found in the pipe about 10 feet from the pump. The pipeline was galvanized metal and was very rusty. More holes were sure to develop; so, I had the whole line replaced. We also found the pump was 30 plus years old so, I had that replaced too. The service rep kept me informed through the entire installation process; as well as what to do after everything was completed. The pump had to be flushed with chlorine so, there is a short waiting process, tap flushing proceedure and water testing that he explained before leavingshow more

  I requested assistance through the Angie's List website for troubleshooting through the discounted $50 trip charge link. I expected to schedule a technician to come out, but instead I was provided some troubleshooting tips through the Angie's List messaging system. It worked out excellent for me, as their suggestion to check my pressure switch for sediment/debris was spot-on and I was comfortable with replacing the switch and pipe nipple myself. $20 in parts and my problems were solved. Aqua Well & Pump Systems certainly could have sent someone out to inspect my well system and charged me, but instead they provided excellent customer support and helped me solve my problem. I definitely recommend Aqua Well & Pump Systems and would go back in the futureshow more

  They did a fine job. They were considerate and fast. I helped a little bit to save a little bit of time. The bulk work that they did was good but I don't know about the pressure tank. I haven't seen one like it; it was a bigger one. It was a surprise that the pressure tank was expensive as it was. The warranty was five years for the pump and the tank. The issue was they had to call me and put off the next day. They were working on a place that I believe was a restaurant and so they couldn't just walk away from itshow more

  Ezra was very willing to answer my questions and even let me watch as he worked (I'm a bit of a learner bee). He gave me many recommendations as to how to address where the problem could be, including solutions that ranged from the most expensive (constant flow system) to simplest (stay with what we have). I really appreciated his integrity. He honored my request to go the simplest route without any negative reaction at all, and quoted me what it would take.
