I needed support to help me studd my unfinished 1700 square foot basement in a new construction home. Matrix completed a basement for my neighbor so we called for a design/estimate, I am glad we did they were professional, courteous and made themselves welcome guests in our home. They utilized the window wells to move materials as well as come-and-go, so there was minimal distractions to our day. My wife works from home and they were no bother. After examining the basement area he said he would like to look at the outside of the home. He took his time, commenting on yard drainage grade, gutters, and roof pitch. He said, "he would love to take the Job but he thought we should first take a much cheaper approach to repair our problem". Dave obviously is a man of integrity.
