Phone answered promptly and appointments were available with in a few days. Driver called day of service to give a more specific time of arrival. (It was not necessary for me to have been home for this service.) Arrived on time and was able to navigate a difficult entrance to my property. Completed work quickly. Charges were flat fee of $150 (would be more if my system had a filter). I was offered the option of paying the driver or being billed. Driver was polite, friendly, reported condition of my system to me verbally and will send written report to County.

Knowledgable. Explained work and problem well. Conscientious about not wanting to damage driveways and yard.

Glenn pumped our septic tank. Was very knowledgeable and helped track down some information about the system as well. Will definitely use again in the future.

They maintain and inspect my system regularly and file required county inspection reports. The one time I had a problem (sewage backing up) of course it was on Christmas Eve day several years back...when I got home from work and discovered this, it was already dinner time. They answered the phone and the man (owner?) sounded almost apologetic that they were just leaving for family dinner and church - he asked if it would be possible for me to wait until morning but if not he would come as soon as he could manage. I live alone so it ws possible. He came early on a very cold Christmas Day, figured out the problem almost right away and fixed it. I still remember and am grateful for such service. :>)

We called them because we needed to have the mandated 3 year service done, but also because our high water alarm keeps coming on. Mark came out and he was wonderful. My husband and I are first time homeowners, and he was very patient and kind in answering all of our questions. He did some troubleshooting, and the likely conclusion is that we need a new pump. There was no high pressure sales or anything, he explained to us how to monitor the system in the next couple days so we would know for sure. We will definitely be calling them to install it if that ends up being the problem. Very highly recommend!

I called them and let them know that I need the service as soon as possible. They was able to perform the service 1 day after the phone call. I'm satisfied with how the service was performed, reasonable price. They also reported the service to the government office managing the septic systems on time.

Serviced our septic tank, replaced failing pump. The provider initially came out for bi-annual septic service. While performing that work he informed us the 22 year old pump was at risk, but recommended a "wait and see" approach.  Within a month the pump failed, and he was out with a few hours to replace it.  We were so pleased, we called him back a few weeks later and had him add a riser.
Very happy with the responsiveness, careful approach, and professional attitude.

They were on time, prompt, and answered questions on everything you would expect and need for getting your septic tank done for the first time. They met our expectations, not a whole that they to do, but they were fine. We have not had any problems.

I called Honey Wagon to schedule an appointment, and they were able to schedule within a few days.
The technician arrived as scheduled, cleaned and inspected the tank per state requirements. He was professional, answering any questions I had.

I called to schedule and they called back the same day. They were very accommodating in finding a time that was mutually acceptable. They arrived on time and were very careful and respectful of my property. The job was done quickly and they described what they observed and were doing as they worked. The price was lower than other competitors for the same work.

We just purchased this property less than a year ago and was told the septic tank was inspected and passed. Our first mistake was believing this statement! Saturday morning I heard shouts from the lower level bathroom from my son. What was the problem? Sewer waste was backing up into the shower drain, the laundry floor drain, and the drain in the garage. ICK! Being new to the state I asked my neighbor for a septic provider. Twice I contacted the emergency number and left urgent messages - they still haven't called back!!! I took matters into my own hands and went to Angie's List for providers. Honey Wagon Services was the first listed and had great reviews so I called the emergency number and John actually answered the phone. John replied that he was on a call but would be at our location in 1 to 1-1/2 hours. John showed up in the time frame he said he would arrive and started pumping the septic tank. He agreed that the tank had not been pumped recently. John was very knowledgeable and gave us information regarding the tank, drain field, and plumbing. As expected the service wasn't cheap and did include a $100 weekend fee but it was worth it! I would recommend their services.

Last night, we came home to our septic tank alarm horn and feared the worst (we just purchased our first house and are new to the septic tank system). The next morning, I called Honey Wagon and left a message. They called back fairly quickly and assured us that someone could come out and investigate the cause of the high water alarm. I was given a window of 9a-1p.
John, our service professional, called around 11:30a giving me a 30 minute heads up and arrived exactly on time. He got right to work diagnosing the problem. I'm a curious new home owner and like to learn so I was hovering. John didn't mind at all and patiently answered my many questions about the problem and septic systems in general. I learned a lot from following him through the diagnosis.
It turned out that the electrical connection between the house, the pump, and the switch had corroded. John replaced the plug and then monitored the pump as it brought the water level back down. He also tested the pump and switch then sealed the plugs to slow future corrosion and ensure that they would continue working properly.
I would absolutely call Honey Wagon again and recommend them to friends.

Person was easy to work with and explained what he was doing and recommended that we have the tank cleaned every 2 years. (We had inadvertently let nearly 2 1/2 years go by since our last service.)
