They have been excellent and I would highly recommend them. They always show up and they are very reliable.

I recently had Jensen Plumbing and Heating replace my entire HVAC system, because my furnace had some serious problems. The owners, Sheldon & Jen, were very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with; their installers, Dave & Nate, did an excellent job. They sold me a high efficiency Carrier furnace, and recommended I replace the central air unit at the same time (it was 24 years old and still used the old refrigerant, which won't be available in the future). I had them add an Aprilaire whole house humidifier, and a state of the art Premier One air cleaning system. They installed a Wi-Fi enabled Ecobee4 thermostat, which is amazing! I am definitely not a "tech savvy" guy, but this thing is simple enough to operate that even I can figure it out. All of these components work seamlessly together, and make my house more comfortable than it has ever been. The entire process exceeded my expectations, so I will definitely hire them again. I would also highly recommend them to anyone in the Lake Mills area for plumbing, heating, and AC work.

They were very efficient and took care of our issues without breaking our budget.

With cold weather rapidly approaching our furnace would not ignite.  New to the area I Looked up on Angie's list. I Found Jensen. 
I was so happy they came the same day and fixed the broken  part. Even when they were so busy they took the time for a new customer. We were warm and toasty when the chill and snow came. We will call on them for maintenance. Price was very reasonable. Thank You

I have used them quite often lately. What I like about them is their quick service. I have never had to wait for them. They have always been able to come on the next day.

They were here at 7am sharp and would have come earlier for an extra fee. Job was done well with a quality product.  So far so good.wasnt cheap tho. Wish I had more options to choose from.

Jensen's came and gave a "not to exceed" quote to run new, larger duct work to the second story part of which was built on the late 1800's and the rest built in the 1950's. The friendly crew was prompt and completed the complicated task in a very timely manner. My upstairs is so much more comfortable. I've used Jensen 's since and will again.

I called Jensen's to fix my furnace that another company couldn't fix. I have been using them for over 20 years now. They are always very prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

It was late afternoon on the 4th of July and my husband and I were finishing tidying up the house before my in-laws arrived from out of town for a long visit.  I thought I was just warm from cleaning...when we finally realized that we had not heard the A/C kick on in a while the thermostat was already reading in the 90s and climbing.  Oh no, we thought, who are we going to get to repair this and worse yet how long will it take and how much will it cost on a holiday?
Jensen was the answer!  My husband placed a service call, the tech was on site at another job and said he would be here in an hour. Less than 30 minutes later the doorbell rang!  The technician quickly diagnosed the problem - a bad cellanoid - and had the replacement part installed in minutes.  He also took the time to show my husband a few preventative maintenance tips(cooling the compressor) and had the call completed in about 15 to 20 minutes.
The responsiveness and preparedness saved my holiday visit with my in-laws!  The price for an emergency call on a holiday was less than I expected and well worth it to have crisp, cool air on a very hot day.

They did a very good job. They were on time & came when I asked. I was happy with the work.

My house started getting warm on 7/4.  I called Jensen and got a response that they would be able to come out 7/5.  The technician arrived about 2:30 and we were up and running by 2:45.

They are very reliable and professional.  They do quality work, but they are fairly expensive.

I have used them before. They were fast and efficient. I did not have any complaints with them. 

I have been using them for five years. I would highly recommend them. They have done a lot of work for me on two different homes. Their pricing is a little steeper than others, but they don't have to come out as often.

Their prices were comparable. I would use them again.

Receptionist was knowledgeable, sent someone (Kenny) next day for (HVAC) was friendly, helpful only charged one service call even though had to come back and install part.  Fast to get part and return to install.  2nd issue same as above - receptionist was friendly, sent a plumber (Bill) next day and had parts with him.  Finally got my hot tub running.  Everyone else (Pool & Spa companies) had 2 week wait, they picked and choose what they work on.  Even though I was not present when Bill was working, he took the time to call me and explain what he did.  They treated me like they really valued my business.  I love this company, responsive, knowledgeable, honest and get the job done without any problem.  Other places acted like they are doing you a favor.  So glad I found Jensen.  Not one complaint at all with any of them.

The crew was excellent. The work was done quickly, cleanly and very professionally. I could have spent less on a furnace and water heater and hired someone to install them but after looking at many options I felt my best option was to get is all done by Jensen's as in the end the difference in price was small and not having to fight the items into the basement by myself was money well spent. I would not hesitate for a minute to use Jensen's for any future work needed on my house. They have been A+ in every way possible.

Very well, considering it was the friday after thanksgiving and it was a normal day off for them.
