This was a huge undertaking, but Martin and the rest of his 1451 Dale team made sure it was done beautifully and quickly!! They were respectful of the space and we felt like they treated it as if it were there own home, something that also came through in the care they took for the job as well. Every room exceeded our expectations and Martin was professional and communicative throughout the whole process, even coming out on weekends to meet with us and discuss plans since we were still living and working outside the city when the painting started. "All of these 5 star reviews got dumped on the Angi page, dated 2/2024. All show shiny basements & what appears to be excellent work & reviews claiming excellent communication. It's how I came about the referral - as well as their Facebook ads. Not sure if they bit off more than they could chew, but communication has been awful if not non-existent. The home visit seemed great! But I had to email them for the quote afterwords. Then a visit to the showroom a month later was dirty, plant dirt lying around, no bathroom available to the customers, giant weeds outside of the building they purchased. If you're presenting yourself as professional contractors, appearance of a showroom where you host customers is a reflection of your work. I didn't hear from them in over 4 wks. I emailed & was met with an excuse & zero delivery of promise for final proposal. We are taking our business elsewhere. We just wasted 3 months for nothing."

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.

Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
