All painters have at least 5 years experience, are detail oriented, well mannered and always professional. We do mostly interiors and some small exterior projects. Anything from a single room to a whole house interior, condo, or office suite. We focus on one project at a time from start to finish. No skipping from job to job. Cost is determined by the job. Prices include all labor and materials including paint. We generally use Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams paints but are also happy to use whichever paint out customers prefer. We get good prices on paint and pass our savings on to our customers. We have a long list of happy, satisfied customers. "All of these 5 star reviews got dumped on the Angi page, dated 2/2024. All show shiny basements & what appears to be excellent work & reviews claiming excellent communication. It's how I came about the referral - as well as their Facebook ads. Not sure if they bit off more than they could chew, but communication has been awful if not non-existent. The home visit seemed great! But I had to email them for the quote afterwords. Then a visit to the showroom a month later was dirty, plant dirt lying around, no bathroom available to the customers, giant weeds outside of the building they purchased. If you're presenting yourself as professional contractors, appearance of a showroom where you host customers is a reflection of your work. I didn't hear from them in over 4 wks. I emailed & was met with an excuse & zero delivery of promise for final proposal. We are taking our business elsewhere. We just wasted 3 months for nothing."

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
There are a few ways to make your deck look new without professional power washing. First, you can use either store-bought cleaners or dish soap and water to mop your deck regularly to clean off accumulated dirt. To clean your deck and remove mold, mix two gallons of warm water with a ½ cup of distilled white vinegar or apple cider vinegar, rinse the area, and then scrub with a stiff-bristled broom.
The cost to professionally pressure wash your deck is $150 on average. This cost can range from $100 to $600, depending on the size of your deck and its condition.
For an average deck of about 300 square feet, you can expect to pay around $100. However, if you have a spacious 1,000-square-foot deck or more, expect that cost to be closer to $300 to $400. Likewise, if it’s been a long time since you deep cleaned your deck, the deck professional might need extra time and to use deck-specific detergent, which will increase the overall cost.
To calculate the square footage of a home exterior, painters multiply the length of the wall by the height of the wall to be painted. Then they add the total square footage for all of the walls to be painted. To calculate the price, they multiply the total square footage by their cost per square foot to prep and paint. Additional costs may factor in such as repairs, additional trim, and walls higher than the first story.
The cost to paint the exterior of a house ranges from $1,900 to $4,500 or about $1.50 to $4 per square foot, depending on the size, height, and complexity of the home layout. Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
