"We met with Thomas Roberts to discuss and price our cabinet refacing project. He provided us with details on their products and company that impressed us. He brought samples of the cabinets and hardware so that we could make an educated selection for our project. The samples were of excellent quality and we were pleased with the estimate that he provided. Update as of 3/25/2024 Previously I reviewed this company's sales process and now that the cabinet doors/drawer fronts have been installed I want to add a review on the installation process. Our installer was Collin Brown and he was fantastic. He covered our floors with tarps and when finished he vacuumed all of the areas that he worked in and cleaned up the full work area. He completed the installation in a professional manner and consulted with us when needed. He completed a QC check on the doors/drawer fronts when finished and advised us that if there were any issues with the product Redo would handle replacement ASAP. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and professional installation."
