We know how important it is to have people you can trust working for you. So let us tell you a little about ourselves. We are a family owned company since 2004. We started out with a vision of providing high quality replacement windows that are made for the harsh weather of Wisconsin. Our decision to partner with the Energy Wall Window Collection was based on the quality and integrity of their products and their reputation as a stand-apart competitor in the replacement window market. Polaris Technologies has been in business for over 50 years and uses only products that were made in the USA. All the materials in their windows are 100% recyclable and earth friendly. However no material used in the manufacture of the windows is made from recycled items. This means one thing for you-integrity. The quality and strength of the window are in no way compromised by inferior materials. Since then we have expanded into entry door systems, gutters, and leaf protection. Great service, affordable pricing for the product, wonderful follow-up and installation process. They send someone out to follow-up post-install to make sure everything was done proper and to expectations. Very pleased with experience.

The installation went very well and the gutters seem great. However, the estimate included 4 downspouts, due to the length of home. We only wanted two, so it depended on what the installers thought was needed. We paid in full for the gutters and 4 downspouts. Our first mistake. Installers were very professional and said we only needed 2 downspouts. This was great. However, we should have been reimbursed for two downspouts that we had already paid for. I have called close to 2 dozen times to speak with the owner about the ridiculous reimbursement check, so he could explain how he came up with the particular amount. He has not returned a single call. Always seems to be out of the office. So in other words, we have been ripped off by the owner of the company, of what I calculate to be at least $300!

The replacement of the gutters went very well. We had our first rainfall of consequence and the new configuration of gutters handled all the water coming off of the roof. The old gutters always had water overflowing in two areas. They were booked quite a few weeks out but we were told that when we enlisted them for the job. Their time frame was in part due to storms this spring causing them to have a lot of contracts. We are very pleased with the work as well as the professionalism of the team that came to the house. We would recommend Creative Home Technologies LLC to anyone needed a new gutter system.

*My wife made the deal even though I said it was overpriced!! 5/10 Signed deal - paid $200. 5/23 Final measurements and paid $1,225. Promised install in 2 or 3 weeks. After 4 week we had to call them. Due to rain it would be another 2 weeks. 3 Weeks later we called again. "Ok, let's schedule you"they said. Another 10 days. Installed on 7/19.

Several bits of debris ($9?) were scattered on my deck and there was no cleanup of what came out of the old gutters and onto my deck. I had to spend over 30 min. cleaning and replacing things that were moved or taken down. Please note: This company ?never called us? after getting over 50% of the payment. Also, I was given ?no? receipt after final payment which was incorrectly show on the paperwork I had to sign.

"Hi, [Member Name Removed] I respect your feelings about the agreement but you were the one to purchase the gutter system based on what you were shown. Our gutter system is like no other gutter system on the market. We don't put holes in the gutter and also don't trap the gutter against the fascia. Both of these practices will result in malfunction of any gutter system. I agree our system is more money then some systems but you only have to invest into us one time and not continue to do so with other systems. As far as the deposit I wasn't aware that you canceled the contract so that'[Member Information Removed] why the card was ran. You have received your funds back and we are sorry for the mishap. We would appreciate changing your review because it'[Member Information Removed] only based on how your perception of our product costs not the overall workmanship, quality, and material we use.
