"We met with Thomas Roberts to discuss and price our cabinet refacing project. He provided us with details on their products and company that impressed us. He brought samples of the cabinets and hardware so that we could make an educated selection for our project. The samples were of excellent quality and we were pleased with the estimate that he provided. We paid a little more than we initially decided to spend but that is fine as we know that we will be receiving an excellent quality product for the price. Thomas was easy to deal with and did not use any high pressure sales tactics - he supplied us with the facts and let us discuss and make our own decisions on how to proceed with our project. Update as of 3/25/2024 Previously I reviewed this company's sales process and now that the cabinet doors/drawer fronts have been installed I want to add a review on the installation process. Our installer was Collin Brown and he was fantastic. He covered our floors with tarps and when finished he vacuumed all of the areas that he worked in and cleaned up the full work area. He completed the installation in a professional manner and consulted with us when needed. He completed a QC check on the doors/drawer fronts when finished and advised us that if there were any issues with the product Redo would handle replacement ASAP. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and professional installation."

There were some boards that didnâ t sit right and they replaced the entire section. Backsplash couldnâ t have been done better. "He had a cancellation and was able to come out the day I called. He verified that we actually didn't have mold growing in the one area. Since that area was connected to an indoor hot tub room, he checked the tub room just to verify that all was ok in there. He gave me some tips on preventing mold in that tub room and informed me about some other areas to watch (as this was in the basement and we have had water get inside with heavy rain) and I asked him about some marks on my basement ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be calling if need for future services."
