"Dustin installed my siding and added a porch to the front of my house. After 10 years, there was a little settling, and my bay windows did not close. Dustin came out and adjusted the windows so they now close without issues and at no cost. Yahooo...someone that stands behind his work."

"DJK Environmental did a great job removing asbestos floor tiles and mastic in my basement. All the work was done as promised and everyone I talked to at the company was professional and courteous. You may only need to repaint fiber cement siding every decade or so, but you should clean it every six to 12 months, depending on your local climate. First, wash with a garden hose or similar low-pressure device (not a high-pressure washer, which can damage the material) to remove dirt and any large debris. Then, gently wipe down the surface with a soft brush or cloth in a side-to-side motion, following the grain of the fiber cement.

Wood siding requires an air gap behind it to allow water to drain out, and for air circulation and venting to allow humid air to escape and keep the material from rotting due to moisture.
