"I'd give zero stars if I could. Called to get a drip fixed and was told it'd be about a week out, which we decided we could live with. Since this is an active drip, we've been managing by using a bucket and turning the main water valve off when not needing to use water. ON THE DAY OF OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, they called and said unfortunately another job was running over and they needed to reschedule our service. I figured it'd be the next day or at most 2 days... Nope, they told me it'd be 10 more days before I could be fit in due to their other commercial jobs that they can't change. Had I known I'd be cancelled on day of I could have had a half dozen other plumbers come out. If they can't reliably serve residential customers, then they should be honest or don't schedule them. If you're looking for residential work, DON'T TRUST the scheduling department of this place."

We had contracted Matrix in February to finish our basement, our salesman did a very good job taking the time to lay everything out give us our options and meet our vision the follow-up appointment to finalize went well and the gentleman really had a good knowledge of everything that needed to be done. The biggest problem we had was with the project manager and some of the trades that were brought in. The framers and finish carpenters did a wonderful job however the failures were many and project management was substandard for spending over six figures on a project. The damage that was caused to the finished portion of our house, walls, door jams garage door frame and other building errors that were made on electrical and plumbing were not addressed or handled appropriately unless I had said something to our project manager . Even then they just ignored my request and I had to pay my own painter to fix the damages that Matrix caused . The overall mismanagement of the project is what brought me to the point where I had to be the intermediary for the trades as the project manager was never on site or didn't pick up or return calls in any sort of Timely manner. This is what I am paying Matrix to handle and clearly that fell short! They framed the tub incorrectly leaving gaps where the wall studs didn't get to the ceiling, electrical switch boxes that were not secured so when the spray foam was installed and pushed the box out of the way causing repairs needed to be made, the plumber installed the wrong color drain and glued it in place they're causing an issue where if they tried to remove it and snapped the pipe under the tub they would have to gut the bathroom again and we were on a tight timeline as we were getting married the week after the project was supposed to be completed. When they sprayed our ceiling the painter left four five gallon buckets uncovered in the basement causing the house to smell to the point where it was 90° outside and we had to leave all our windows open oh yes and by the way had we not covered them up after they left they would have had to buy all new materials. When the spray foam portion of the project was to take place we were told to have nobody in the home so we put the dogs in a kennel they were supposed to be there at 8:00 a.m. they did not show up till 3:45 p.m. not getting completed till almost 9:00. "I had used Kitchen Savers before to do countertops and sink and was very happy with them, so I did not really consider anyone else for my current remodel at a new place. Savers Kitchen did a much more extensive remodel this time. Kevin spent much time understanding what I wanted and giving suggestions. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. In fact, the cabinet door sample he had with him was exactly what I chose. This remodel included resurfacing cabinets, raising a cabinet, building a new cabinet, quartz countertops, sink and faucet, installing stove hood, backsplash, and 2 large pantry doors. Dave P. did measuring and everything was exactly right. Dave B. did most of the work and did an excellent job. The cabinets are beautiful and I was very impressed with the work he did on the backsplash. He knew how to do everything. The job took a little over 2 weeks. I was out of a sink for 1 day only. They discovered a crack in the new sink, which they told me and got a new one. They had to wait to install pantry doors and a little finish work until I had the kitchen floor installed, which was done by someone else. They promptly came back and finished up. Savers Kitchen was always responsive and have great people to work with. Thank you Savers Kitchen, I love my new kitchen."

"Mike does great work for a reasonable price. He’s a great communicator, he’s timely, and he does exceptional work with quick turnaround. Mike installed six new lights in our dining room, having to cut and feed new electrical as it was not preexisting. He also installed new dimmer switches. The room is SO much lighter and brighter now. Additionally, he put in replacement lighting in our kitchen and hallway. He put down tarp to help avoid mess and swept and vacuumed up all the dust and particles after he was done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!"

"I hired him to change one outlet that was damaged because I have grandkids and it is dangerous to have it like that. Since it was sparking out she hired, he was not able to do the job right away and after he did the work in one outlet he said it would be $300.0 and I think that is to much."

"It went well. He totally connected everything to the junction box and made sure that all the electrical devices were connected. Everything was connected properly and the electricity was running properly and those switches were controlled by them and he also included a dimmer switch on the light fixture. He did a really good job in figuring out how to bring the wires through the ceiling of our condo. He came very very soon after we contacted him and I was very glad that he was able to come right away to get it done so quickly."
