But It would have been nice if they had answered my question. A simple yes or no would have sufficed. So I sent my request again making it clear that this was my second request. Two days later I got this. "In response to your questions, we install skylights, steel siding, and steel roofing. If you are still interested in a free estimate, please feel free to contact our offices at 815-547-0159. Thank you." So, was that so hard? I'm not impressed and not inclined to call them. First impressions matter!"

"Rich came to give us a quote the same day we called. He told us what items could be cleaned and saved and what had to be disposed of. He took the time and explained everything thoroughly. The next morning his crew came on time and got right to work. Rich and the guys did a great job cleaning our basement. You would never know their was ever sewage in our basement. "I called because my pottery kiln was not working, I thought it was just a problem with my breaker.  I was wrong! After checking power in my studio I found out that half of my studio was not getting power and my 220 outlet were only putting out 110 power(not Good)
I called K&N services and told them this was an urgent problem . He said he would stop in the next day and HE DID After checking out my electrical box he discovered that my main breaker was out. This could have ended upa $1300.00 because my electrical box is an outdated model . He went to several electrical supply houses and found one for my outdated electrical box, saving me a ton of money. He was fast, courtious, and saved me a lot of money. This not the kind of service I am used to recieving , I will use him for all future work on my home and studio, Including a new roof in spring.

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."

"The windows our great! Energy saving due to the insulated glass saves money and never fogs or has condensation on the windows. The durability and ease of cleaning and opening these windows are a dream! Along with the aesthetics.
The crew that came to install the windows did awesome work fast cleaned up there work area things were in great shape when leaving. Since then I have had follow up calls and follow visits to make sure everything is working as I believe it should be which it is. Great company!! Would have them do any work for me and my family and would have them do anyone else's work too. Do not let this company slip by without a try!"
