If there was anything that came along that would cost extra- he would call to make sure it was ok with me to proceed. He was always on time and extremely reliable. If I could afford to gut my whole house- I would gave Wilmet Construction do the job!"

"we had a large double window two windows one opening replaced they did a a good job made that room much warmer in winter which is what we were after it is now the warmest room in the house in the winter which is good as it is the room we spend most our time in. will defiantly be having them out to price gutters when we are ready in the spring."

"I was concerned that I had mold on my basement walls.  Rich assured me that it was not mold on my basement walls.  However, he did find some mold on the wood on the ceiling.  But he told me that I could wash that off myself and he told me how to do it.  I have medical issues  and my husband is 70 years old.  We are going to try to do this ourselves.  But if we are physically unable to do it, we will most certainly use Rich and his team.  Rich seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly.  He did not charge me for the assessment even though he took time out of his schedule to come to my house and assess my basement.
