"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "They did a great job. Came out ahead of time to give us a quote, then came out on a Saturday to do the work. Price was reasonable and we feel that the area was addressed properly. We were also given advice about how to prevent the problem from happening again.

"This assessment went quite well. The person performing the assessment was named Tim. I was scheduled for a 5 pm assessment. He contacted me early that afternoon and we met promptly at 5. He was friendly and very professional. The total assessment took about 1/2 hour.
Tim informed me that my roof was, to my surprise, in good shape and probably had another 3-5 years of life in it. He also pointed out that the shingles that I had found laying on the side of my house after the last big wind storm were not from my roof!!  We then began to talk about warning signs to look for and what would be needed in 3-5 years when the roof would need to be replaced. We were done by 6pm.
All in all this was a great relief to me knowing that my roof was in good shape. The friendliness and professionalism I experienced  in the gentleman from Stendahl Exteriors will result in me calling them back for any roofing issues I may have in the future.  I would expect that they will be one of my first contacts when I need to replace it.
