I have used this plumber for years during large remodeling projects and smaller plumbing jobs like this last one. I was proud of myself for getting such a good (cheap) price on it until Steve told me while he was installing it (in his charming accent) "you gonna have problems with this one". He was right and three years later he replaced that overflowing, persnickety nighmare of a toilet with a new Kohler.
