"I had never used this type of service before so when I made the phone call inquiring about their process and rates Kim patiently explained everything to me. Kim and the gentlemen who hauled away my stuff were both friendly and professional, arriving during their scheduled 2 hour window plus calling ahead before arriving. I would definitely recommend their services."

"Anthony and his team were great to work with - every aspect went very smoothly.   Because we were splitting the load with two pickup and drop-off points, being the 2nd pick-up required substantial reorganization of the truck.  Everything was loaded well and soundly secured - we had absolutely no problem with damage upon arrival, despite some pretty rough roads due to construction on a 1,300 mile haul.  Not only would I recommend them, but I am rebooking them for the 2nd phase of our move."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

Avoid placing hazardous materials, chemicals, and electronics in dumpsters. Consult your provider's specific guidelines for detailed restrictions.

In most areas, the local sanitation service will take a few small pieces of concrete and other construction debris per pickup at no additional cost, but this varies based on your location. You can contact your sanitation department for more information. In many areas, you’ll need to call for bulk pickup for concrete pieces, which may cost you a small flat fee. If you’re looking to dispose of large amounts of concrete, it’s best to hire a concrete disposal service near you to avoid the process taking weeks or even months.

If you decide to DIY your boulder removal project, you’ll want to wear work gloves and protect your eyes if you decide to break the boulder into smaller pieces. Wear a lifting harness and focus on lifting with your legs to prevent back injuries. If you’re digging around a large boulder or using heavy machinery to get underneath it, make sure there are no utility lines nearby.

Hiring professionals ensures efficient and responsible yard waste removal, protecting property aesthetics and ensuring regulatory compliance. They manage disposal or recycling effectively, reducing the homeowner’s burden of handling heavy or bulky materials.

Your contractor should handle dust control during the project. It's best to speak with your contractor beforehand to check if they plan to cover your furniture, protect your vents, or use fans to redirect dust. Eliminating drywall dust is a particularly large challenge during construction, so always take this into account during your planning phase.
