"I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) "I spoke with the owner at 2:30 in the afternoon and he was here for an estimate at 5pm. We booked an appointment for a new furnace that day. We had problems with the old furnace and the owner worked on it, attempting to replicate the problem. A Tech was sent out the next morning (free of charge) to get us through until the new furnace was installed 6 days later. Everyone we dealt with was VERY knowledgeable, explained each step to us, were expedient and very thorough. Pricing was excellent. This company will be the only company we call for ANY HVAC work.
