I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim. We were told work would begin in about 8 weeks and would take only 9-10 days to complete. It has now been over 6 months and we still can’t get a start date. A check with the permit office today shows a permit has not even been applied for. We regret ever signing a contract with St Croix Kitchen & Bath. They have had the use of our money for over 6 months now and seem unresponsive to our need to get this project done."
