I would give them an "A" in all respects. I would use them again. That's where I bought my new Prius three years ago. They seem to be good, and I like the product. They could be a little less crowded. It would be nice if they didn't have so many people there, but that's something they can't really change.

They're a very busy place, but they're quite efficient and get you out in a reasonable amount of time. I had a "drive-in" appointment and they were able to get me serviced. I think they're very honest and don't try to oversell on services you don't need.
