Fabianâ the company owner was just a great guy all around! They built a beautiful new patio for us, including a retaining wall for decorative and extra â seatingâ purposes. They worked with us on all the design details, even if we requested more time or additional sample materials. Unique also redid our front and side stoops. There were a couple of small â glitchesâ along the wayâ ¦ not surprising with any major projectâ ¦ but when we pointed them out, Fabian was really great in making sure things were done appropriately to address any concerns. We highly recommend working with Unique, and recommend booking early since their great work and reputation mean their schedule fills up fast!"

The grading is a nice smooth transition from my patio to yard now instead of a 2ft drop. They were very timely, and affordable. Will definately reach out to them again for future projects."

"Hector and his crew were able to do our job 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They replaced a broken section of garage concrete, which was had caused our garage to be unlevel. That work involved supporting and securing the garage wall while replacing the broken concrete. With the new concrete, the garage is now completely level. They also replaced and expanded our patio, which was broken and not pitched correctly. The new concrete is now correctly pitched away from the house to keep water away. We love our new patio! Professional Concrete definitely lived up to their name, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again."
