"I recently had a concrete patio, steps, and a shed pad installed and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team was prompt and professional, showing up on time and ready to work. Their communication was excellent—we always knew what to expect and when. Once they got started, the crew worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the job in far less time than I expected without cutting corners on quality. The pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes I received. Overall, I am very pleased with the results and would absolutely use them again for future project. "We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."
