"They did all of our windows in 2016 and now in 2024 I have to do ALL the window caulking and actually having too remove 3 out of 9 windows so far to reset them properly. As I am doing each window it is an experience in how bad the installation crew installed each window. From the very bad caulking job they did to how they actually installed the windows. Each window was installed differently and some are so bad I have had to remove them and then remove the wood they used and put new whole pieces of wood in. 2 window caulking jobs are so bad that 1 had a colony of ants living in the window and another had wood rot so bad the wood smelled of rot. Both windows needed removing and replacing with extra care to the areas I mentioned before. The insulation job is terrible to a point of redoing each window. They use foam insulation and on some windows they use it to cover up their short comings on the installation of the windows. I DO NOT recommend using this company to install your windows."

"After my review, the project director did contact me and indicate the windows would be ready the week of Thanksgiving. Much longer than the original 2-3 weeks but with covid, I understood things may be slower. We set up the installation for 12-9 and 12-10. On 12-9, by 9am, I hadn't heard anything and called to check. The project manager called back at 9:30 to say he had left me a message rescheduling due to problems on a job, so it was moved to 12-10 and 12-11. I had no message or call from him. The installers did arrive on 12-10 but again, no work was being done so I asked if the windows were too big. They said yes. So, waited for project manager to come again, he was indicating the windows would fit but it sounded like fitting a square peg into a round hole and covering the problems with trim. I asked a retired window installer next door to come listen to the explanation and he agreed, it would be better to have windows that fit. I was told new windows could be ordered and ready the first full week of January. Having already waited 6 weeks for these windows, I asked for the money back. I used 40 hours of vacation already with no windows. The project director did contact me later that day and make arrangements to come show me why the current windows would fit. He came out, took off some trim and explained that the new windows were not inserts, they were full frame and the old 3/4 inch frame on all sides would be removed. This was the plan with the original installer but he wasn't available that day. So, arrangements were made to get the original installer back on 12-14 and 12-15. I had to have another family member there for it since I couldn't take any more time off work. I will say the windows went in, they look nice and seem very weathertight. The installers did a great job putting them in and cleaning up. They did indicate there would be some reimbursement for the time off . I will say the project manager really seemed unable to manage even a small job."

"Mike did a great job. Due to weather this work had to be delayed until early December, but the results were great. In order to finish up before the first snow, Mike spent several hours prepping dirt and laying sod in the rain with temperature in the low 40's. We've also used him for other jobs in the past, and highly recommend his services."

"The Hill & Valley Landscaping team lead by Kevin did an awesome job! They were clear on timelines and design throughout the process and did a great job. The crew was courteous, cleaned up the site every day and walked us through the decisions throughout the process. Kevin also was able to have the arborist he works with come in early to accelerate the process. They were doing a great job and we decided we wanted to have the front yard done as well, they were able to quickly quote what we needed and get it done as soon as the back yard was complete. I would highly recommend them!"

"They were working on my neighbors yard asked for a quote for my yard. They came over after they finished my neighbors hard and removed the 4 bushes and place the mulch across the front area of my house. They did an awesome job and very fair price. They hauled away the old bushes. Cleaned up after themselves very good Will definitely hire again. Very friendly people"

This is a HORRIBLE company who just blow off customer complaints who have legitimate concerns on plants that are ordered online and do not survive the year. They cover up reviews left on their site and on Facebook! My reviews were quickly deleted and none were posted to their online site! This company has had problems dating back to 1972 in a court case that’s public knowledge!"
