Best patio pros near Antioch, IL

"Really enjoying are enclosed patio. They did a wonderful job."

"Our new screen enclosure is a haven! We are out there every day, with 3 cats, music, twinkly lights and nature all around (bundled in layers with temps now dipping into the 30s). Affordable Screen and Patio Enclosures made our wish come true, something we thought was out of reach. After meeting with several contractorsâ so many design options, techo-features, price tiers to choose fromâ we sat down out on our deck with Dave Maloney and knew Affordable was our choice. It wasnâ t because of price, folksy sales-speak, flashy literature, big promises. It was because our gut told us: integrity, commitment to quality. That was our introduction. With each subsequent interaction, whether it was Affordableâ s Jen on the phone answering our questions, in-person with Dave at the Kenosha showroom, emails and banter with installation crew led by Eric and Dan on-site, every exchange reinforced that these people know their stuff. Any job is going to have its peculiarities and ours was no exception. When a hiccup arose with code, Affordable quickly resolved the matter. When a surprise arose with the deck foundation, a creative solution was deployed and work continued uninterrupted. There may have been other wrinkles along the way, things homeowners are blind to, but this team is proactive and delivered to us a living space that feeds our soul after a long day at work. The crew was professional, friendly, respectful of our propertyâ and our neighborâ s. Iâ ve already recommended Affordable Screen and Patio enclosures to two people and will continue to sing their praises. Thank you, Dave, Jen and team!"

"We had such a great experience and I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, they were responsive, reliable, professional and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to understand what we wanted, offered great recommendations and really cared about making sure everything looked right. Our landscaping turned out beautifully and made such a difference in our yard. It’s hard to find people who are both great at what they do and genuinely wonderful to work with, and that was absolutely our experience. We will definitely be using them again!"

"The owner efrain came out to give me an estimate to reset pavers for my patio the job entailed to reset 25 pavers each paver was cleaned before reset back in place his quality of his work is emaculate"

"John did a great job removing our old patio and installing a new concrete aggregate one with round steps! They were efficient and very neat too!"

"Show up & got the job done. Full landscaping of yard. New construction. Paver brick patios, sidewalks, larger rock wall built, new plantings & sod. My yard looks great."

"We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."

"Hector and his crew were able to do our job 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They replaced a broken section of garage concrete, which was had caused our garage to be unlevel. That work involved supporting and securing the garage wall while replacing the broken concrete. With the new concrete, the garage is now completely level. They also replaced and expanded our patio, which was broken and not pitched correctly. The new concrete is now correctly pitched away from the house to keep water away. We love our new patio! Professional Concrete definitely lived up to their name, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again."

"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.
