"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I was cleaning out my gutters when I noticed that some were bent which was leading to leaves and anything else getting stuck in them. Also along the back of my house there was a hole causing water to leak out. I made the call on Friday to Watry Homes and as of yesterday they are fixed. It took maybe two hours or so to get the hole covered and to bend the gutter back into shape. I also got a quote for my siding while they were they so that when I am ready I can get both things replaced. I can not say enough about Scott who came out and did a great job of letting me know what was needed and  what I would be looking at in terms of fixing now vs replacing. A lot of times a company will try to just say you need everything new when that may not be the case. Which makes me feel good to now yet again I made a great choice."

I had purchased the opener separately, but when Kevin arrived he told me I could have purchased a slightly better opener with installation from JD Griffiths for just about the same price and a better warranty. "Don came to the house and measured the opening to ensure that there was a good fit.  He removed the old door, prepared the opening, installed the new door, ensured it was plumb and level, installed the locks, and replaced the trim and caulked everything.  He did an exceptional job of cleaning up and also protected all the surfaces so no damage would be done during installation.  He handled several thing which were unique here, because the exterior had a tricky, brick enclosure.  He did not charge extra, even though the job took him longer that he originally thought it might.  He gives great attention to the details, ensuring the fit and closure was just perfect.  He did not rush at the end, but ensured everything was perfect before leaving. He is pleasant and cordial, easy to talk to and answers all your questions.  Definitely very knowledgable and experienced. I would re-hire him for any project I do."
