"I live in MI, but had to get a toilet replaced at my mother's home in Burlington, WI. Not happy with the estimate I got from her regular plumber, I posted the job on Networx.com, a Home Advisor partner. Ryan Collins (Collins Sanitary, LLC) was on the phone within 10 minutes offering to do the job. Since I was in town only briefly, I needed to get the job done quickly. After checking his credentials (Ryan is a Master Plumber), I called back and was able to schedule the work for the very next day. Ryan arrived when he said he would, completed the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the work area, and charged a very fair price. (He installed a toilet that my husband was able to buy on sale at Menard's, and hauled away the old one.) I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only would I recommend Collins Sanitary to others, I've also advised my mother to permanently switch plumbers!"

"I was amazed at how quickly the company responded to our questions and actually came out to look at the well. When the serviceman, Ezra, determined that there was a hole in the pipe leading to the well as well as a 20+ year old pump, he gave us several options as to how to address the problem from simply replacing the pipe, to replacing the pump and the pipe, to capping the well  and hooking up to city water, each with its pluses and minuses.When he replaced the pump he decided to pull it from the ground by hand rather than driving his truck over the lawn Wow! "Top Bros Construction sure did a top-notch job on my bathroom remodel project! I initially called them because I had a leaking toilet that had damaged the hardwood floor and sub-floor in my bathroom. They removed the damaged flooring and replaced it with a new sub-floor and ceramic tile. I was concerned about how the newly-tiled bathroom would transition into the hardwood floor in the hall outside. Cesar, one of the company's owners, assured me that he and his crew would make it a seamless transition and as the attached picture shows, they did. They also provided the labor to install a new toilet, vanity, lighting fixture and accessories in the bathroom including dry-wall repair and re-painting after removing the old fixtures. They brought in a plumber, Roque 's Plumbing and Sewer, to assess the water damage and to professionally install the new sink and toilet. Any concerns or questions I had as the project progressed were answered promptly and professionally. I really appreciated that they did not try to up-sell me at any time and all work was discussed and approved by me before it started. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them without reservation. They are not satisfied until their customer is satisfied. Terrific experience!"

"For the amount that I was charged, the outcome should have been better. The hardware that was used was just cheap plastic materials. The shower rod is plastic along with tub faucet. I had to call them a couple of times to replace the tub drain. For 14k, I feel I deserve better than what I got. Besides the representative for the company seemed to be on some type of trip. Very unsatisfied. I don't not recommend them. Are they racist?"
