"Mike called me first when needing a plumber during Thanksgiving weekend. He came out right away. He unplugged the toilet and fixed a leaking toilet valve. I highly recommend him."

"The fact he came out that day with no appointment and said just let me come out and give you a quote No Charge. This was just before the scheduled installer showed up to charge me $89.00 to give me a quote!!! I had to send them away. I can't afford to pay $89 for a quote for work . Even if it is applied to the service done."

"Ryan and his coworker were very professional and worked very efficiently. Answered all my questions and even took care of a leaky pipe and hooked up my icemaker on my fridge in addition to installing two new faucets. It only took them an hour. When the time came for me to pay the bill I was very pleasantly surprised. I would hire Collins Sanitary again w/o hesitation and would highly recommend them."

"Jim & Rob handled the service. When they realized that they were running late, they called early on to let me know. They were a completely in sink team. They were efficient, knowledgable and extremely courteous. My father had owned his own plumbing company post WWII, and was one of the first licensed plumbers in the state of Illinois; accordingly, I watched & had many plumbing questions regarding the install. Jim & Rob patiently shared their expertice. High recommend. A great experience."

"Great overall experience with Drains inc. Tim was quick to respond to emails and texts. On time for the job as well which took 3 trips to finish. I had a major sewer line repair that needed to be done, I was in the process of selling my house and Drains Inc was able to accommodate me on a tight schedule. Very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They saved me 6 thousand dollars compared to the other plumbers quote ( Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals Inc) after I paid them 880 bucks to hydrojet my sewer line and they couldn't even clear the line or even bother to rod it again. Then gave me an insane quote to fix my sewer line which had a section of pipe missing. Tim came out and cleaned up their sloppy half *ss work and gave me a much better price. In a nutshell if you want good honest work done go with Drains Inc and give Tim a call."
