"It was a rainy weekend…We had rapid leaking from the pipes in our basement ceiling (discovered over the weekend). We had called or regular company and other plumbers/services and all “took a message” or flat out said they were not available. Sunday morning I decided to try one more time. Rob answered the phone himself and offered to come over later in the day. He called back to let me know the exact time of his arrival. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. We were expecting to pay $$$ because it was a Sunday emergency call. The price was quite reasonable but he gave us a discount on the full service price because he only needed to perform a part of that service…we now have a new friend and a new plumber. Great guy, great service and definitely a great price. *My husband was very impressed that he answered the phone himself."

"Great overall experience with Drains inc. Tim was quick to respond to emails and texts. On time for the job as well which took 3 trips to finish. I had a major sewer line repair that needed to be done, I was in the process of selling my house and Drains Inc was able to accommodate me on a tight schedule. They saved me 6 thousand dollars compared to the other plumbers quote ( Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals Inc) after I paid them 880 bucks to hydrojet my sewer line and they couldn't even clear the line or even bother to rod it again. Then gave me an insane quote to fix my sewer line which had a section of pipe missing. Tim came out and cleaned up their sloppy half *ss work and gave me a much better price.
