We had concerns about the structure of our interior sunporch which Michael agreed to give an estimate separately (once he opened up the flooring). "I had used Kitchen Savers before to do countertops and sink and was very happy with them, so I did not really consider anyone else for my current remodel at a new place. Savers Kitchen did a much more extensive remodel this time. Kevin spent much time understanding what I wanted and giving suggestions. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. In fact, the cabinet door sample he had with him was exactly what I chose. This remodel included resurfacing cabinets, raising a cabinet, building a new cabinet, quartz countertops, sink and faucet, installing stove hood, backsplash, and 2 large pantry doors. Dave P. did measuring and everything was exactly right. Dave B. did most of the work and did an excellent job. The cabinets are beautiful and I was very impressed with the work he did on the backsplash. He knew how to do everything. The job took a little over 2 weeks. I was out of a sink for 1 day only. They discovered a crack in the new sink, which they told me and got a new one. They had to wait to install pantry doors and a little finish work until I had the kitchen floor installed, which was done by someone else. They promptly came back and finished up. Savers Kitchen was always responsive and have great people to work with. Thank you Savers Kitchen, I love my new kitchen."

"We met with Thomas Roberts to discuss and price our cabinet refacing project. He provided us with details on their products and company that impressed us. He brought samples of the cabinets and hardware so that we could make an educated selection for our project. The samples were of excellent quality and we were pleased with the estimate that he provided. We paid a little more than we initially decided to spend but that is fine as we know that we will be receiving an excellent quality product for the price. Thomas was easy to deal with and did not use any high pressure sales tactics - he supplied us with the facts and let us discuss and make our own decisions on how to proceed with our project. Update as of 3/25/2024 Previously I reviewed this company's sales process and now that the cabinet doors/drawer fronts have been installed I want to add a review on the installation process. Our installer was Collin Brown and he was fantastic. He covered our floors with tarps and when finished he vacuumed all of the areas that he worked in and cleaned up the full work area. He completed the installation in a professional manner and consulted with us when needed. He completed a QC check on the doors/drawer fronts when finished and advised us that if there were any issues with the product Redo would handle replacement ASAP. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and professional installation."

NuCoat said that they would be able to refinish the tub so that it looked like new and they did just that. They showed up on time, explained the process, and started working. I was dreading the clean up that most contractors leave you with but when they came to get me there was no mess and it looked like they installed a brand new antique style tub. I am so happy I was able to save the tub at a fraction of the cost of what a new one would cost. I would recommend to call NuCoat before you call a remodeler. That way you get to keep the quality cast iron tub instead of a new flimsy fiberglass one. You end up with the best of both worlds at a fraction of the cost."
