We hired Saul at S&S for installation of carpet in some bedrooms and vinyl planks to be glued down in the basement. He arrived at 2pm in the afternoon to start the job after telling us 8-9am. The carpet install upstairs was brutal. We had to have a different guy come in and do some repairs. In addition, he did some prep work in the basement but never came back to finish the work. We paid him almost $2K as a down payment on the basement and have never heard from him since. This was truly an awful experience to say the least.

He did not finish the job and has not refunded me for payment I had provided for materials that were never delivered to the site. He also did not pay the painting subcontractors and told them it was because I hadn't paid him. He will gaslight/say anything to not take accountability for his actions and he will steal your money. I have gotten the police involved and he is gaslighting them now, saying he sent me a check to refund me for materials in the mail, which has never arrived. Do not prepay him any money, or better yet, do not hire him.

Antonio originally said he could complete my job (painting house and installing quarter round for new LVP floors) by Sunday June 8th. The job started out well and I made sure to only pay him after work was done and I could see for myself the quality, etc. The painting was done in the time promised and I paid him the next day. I gave him an extra 2 days to install the quarter round, because it wasn?t a rush for us (yet). Paid him $508 for quarter round materials and every day after that he had a different excuse about why he couldn?t finish the job. Asked him to just refund my money, since he never dropped the materials. More excuses. I?m in contact with one of his subs who did the painting and he hasn?t paid them for 2 jobs and lied to them about receiving payment from me. I called the police and now he is lying to them and giving them excuses and claiming he mailed me a refund check (I?ve only paid him digitally). Don?t pre-pay him any money or better yet, don?t hire him at all.

Signed a contract with him on 5/2/25 to remove carpet and vinyl and purchase and install luxury vinyl plank in kitchen and living area. Also install all new quarter round, use of waterproofing materials, caulk entrance threshold and put in transition, stair nose and three transitions. Also painting, kitchen cabinets and oak garbage receptacle. Wrote him a check for $2200 so he could purchase the LVP. When the contract was signed on 5/2/25. Scheduled Kichen painting project for May 28 and 29th and then LVP portion on June 4 and 5. Antonio arrived around 10 o clock on May 28 with a helper and prepped the area and spray painted the cabinet housing/frame. He left at about 2 o clock, before the paint even dried and took the cabinet doors and drawers. He said he would paint those offsite and return the next day to touch up any paint drips, etc. from 5 28 before installing the cabinet doors and drawers. (He also had taken my oak garbage receptacle to paint). He asked for $650 to pay for half of the Painting job which I gave him through Venmo using my debit card. That was the last I saw of him and my property. In total, he has been paid $2850. Text messages were exchanged between Wednesday, May 28 and Wednesday, June 4. Each text message indicated that he was coming the next day and I would wait for him and he never showed up. Lots of excuses. I m done waiting! The fact that I am sitting with my kitchen, all torn up and my stove in the garage and the fact that I babysit for my grandchildren on Mondays and Tuesdays… I cannot live like this anymore. I have to proceed and get my kitchen back. My kitchen updating has been a nightmare. What should have been painting May 28 and 29th, luxury vinyl plank June 4 and fifth, and the delivery of new kitchen appliance June 6 is all on hold. And if I don t get my appliances delivered by June 30 they will cancel my order. Not only does he owe me money for services not delivered based on a down payment of $2850., But now he owes me money to replace my cabinet drawers and doors and oak garbage receptacle. And I have the cabinets painted once I get new ones put on.… To match the paint already on the housing. This is the definition of customer dissatisfaction.

He was professional, timely, and went above and beyond the original scope of the job. I have a commercial property that has wood floors from 1901. The floors had layers of old stain, carpet glue and staples. He and his team took care of all of it. This photo was towards the end of the job. The other two photos were before he started.

Antonio from S&S Renovations was a miracle worker! He was very helpful and patient in walking us through our renovation process. Work was done in a timely manner and looks perfect! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to renovate their home!

Hired to put flooring in the living room and bathroom and put attention to detail was really fast with his work and was done really good. I had no complaints with his work as it was done to what I had anticipated and even more. I would definitely recommend him and contract him in the near future.

I loved how my house turned out. They are very fast and professional. I recommend them and would hire them again.

They got in there got the job done really clean professional didn?t cut corners used under cutters or door jams. Very nice transitions overall they were in and out in one day for 1800 ft.² of flooring.
