"We were extremely pleased with the work done by Kyle Krasky of Kdrains. Whenever we hire someone for a needed service, we expect a timely response to our inquiry, someone coming to our home to view the work needed, and a fixed bid for performing the work. We called Kyle’s phone, and he replied very promptly. He came to our house within the hour to look at the nine drains in our landscape (yes, 9 drains.) I explained that I knew one drain was blocked with sediment, and leaves. He gave me a bid for two hours work, with his guarantee that he would do the job, and would complete said job even if it took more than two hours for that same bid price. We scheduled the work to be done the next day. The next day, he called, and arrived within minutes of when he said he would (very timely, thank you!). He is very knowledgeable about drains. He had to use one special piece of equipment for two of the drains, but did not charge us for that. (Thank you, again!!) The 40 foot drain that I knew was blocked took him almost 2 hours to clean out by itself. He worked long and hard to clean out the gravel, stones, leaves, and sand that blocked that problem drain. He spent much more time and energy than he had originally bid. He honored his bid, and there were no additional charges. He is a really fine young man. He is polite and very, knowledgeable about the work he performs. He is helpful in explaining what he is doing. He is honest. I much appreciate his great response time and his on time arrival.
