McDonough's Services returned my call the same day I called them, and scheduled cleaning the pipe(s) the following day. I received another call the next day confirming someone would be out, and the technician called shortly after that to let me know he would be arriving within an hour, which he did. Chad was personable, and started the job right away.  He cleaned the pipes--to make sure they were clear--but he thought the major problem was the old cap he found lodged inside the pipe; this lodged cap prevented the water from draining properly and so the water backed up from our drain into our laundry room.  Chad said the cap was difficult to get out.  We are very grateful he found it as our laundry room flooding situation has been going on for a long time.  We were very pleased with McDonough?s Services, and would definitely hire them again.

"Grant, the rep - was cordial, knowledgeable, prompt: came out the next day after filling out the form. Scheduled the main sewer line repair for the next week. Their work team ran into issues that took an extra 1.5 days to repair and extra equipment, but all included in the estimate! Great workers with whom I talked a number of times and explained to me what was going on and the issues involved. ASAP gave an estimate that was over $2K less than Rotor-Rooter. Although this is probably what comes with the territory, my only complaint was all the small rocks that were spread throughout my yard afterwards - good grief, this is going to be a process to repair what was a perfect yard. It would have been nice if they guys had spent just one more hour cleaning up the yard. I've already recommended them to others!"

"We were extremely pleased with the work done by Kyle Krasky of Kdrains. Whenever we hire someone for a needed service, we expect a timely response to our inquiry, someone coming to our home to view the work needed, and a fixed bid for performing the work. We called Kyle’s phone, and he replied very promptly. He came to our house within the hour to look at the nine drains in our landscape (yes, 9 drains.) I explained that I knew one drain was blocked with sediment, and leaves. He gave me a bid for two hours work, with his guarantee that he would do the job, and would complete said job even if it took more than two hours for that same bid price. We scheduled the work to be done the next day. The next day, he called, and arrived within minutes of when he said he would (very timely, thank you!). He is very knowledgeable about drains. He had to use one special piece of equipment for two of the drains, but did not charge us for that. (Thank you, again!!) The 40 foot drain that I knew was blocked took him almost 2 hours to clean out by itself. He worked long and hard to clean out the gravel, stones, leaves, and sand that blocked that problem drain. He spent much more time and energy than he had originally bid. He honored his bid, and there were no additional charges. He is a really fine young man. He is polite and very, knowledgeable about the work he performs. He is helpful in explaining what he is doing. He is honest. I much appreciate his great response time and his on time arrival. "It went well. I could have had less work done and saved money but I wanted the kitchen drain system updated so it would drain properly. This should avoid future problems. I called the plumber and was not interested in differing estimates. Randy's was prompt and explained the need to update the drain system to avoid future problems and I agreed. If and when we update plumbing in other parts of the house I  would consider this company for the work."

"Fantastic service, Greydon showed up on time and was very professional. On top of being professional he was very personable and easy going. Greydon took the time to explain things in depth and even show me the sewer pipe. Being a new home owner it made me feel at ease with someone so knowledgeable showing me and telling me about my sewer. 10/10 will hire integrity sewer solutions again!"

"On one hand it is difficult to know how to evaluate the service we received from Service Master. We have never hired a cleaning company before, and what we needed was a very deep clean of our house prior to listing it for sale. If the results were undeniably spectacular, then it would be easy an easy evaluation. The house looked so much better after the painting and cleaning - night and day. However, the painters left some streaks of paint on the wood floors and neither they, nor Service Master, were able to clean them up, even though they both said they would. Moreover, citing the paint on the floor, Service Master came back to us after a day of cleaning saying they needed more time for an additional charge of $600. 
We were in sort of a vulnerable position: they weren't done with their work and we were days away from getting our house listed. So we felt like we had no choice but to agree.
We already thought they were expensive, and this just added to our feeling that maybe we were being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, our situation made us vulnerable in this way. We were in a hurry and busy with not only our jobs but getting the house ready for sale. So we only got one estimate for cleaning the house, and used Service Master because they were the only company who could meet our deadline (our agent told us about Service Master, and the top companies we called from Angie's List were not able to meet our schedule.)
Overall, the house did look great after their cleaning and, as a postlude, it sold in one day on MLS, so there was a bright end after all. We just have this nagging feeling that we paid a lot more than we should have, and we didn't like having to agree to pay more in the middle of the work."
