"Excellent work taking out old cement between large stones on landing and steps and reapplying cement. They also tuck pointed the whole stairway structure which is quite large. They did this over three days, were on time and reliable.

"About two years ago, the KBS team (including Alberto and Elizabeth) completed a remodel of our house to accommodate a family member with disabilities. They were fantastic: excellent communication, attention to detail, recommendations and project coordination. Super responsive and friendly, too! "I was very impressed with the gentleman that worked at my house! Just bought a new house and knew I needed the professional help to get things done. I had my roof and siding done and it turned out amazing, and done in a timely manner. They left my place cleaner than when they came. I had the whole interior repainted and you wouldn’t believe the results!! 10/10 I’m calling Isiah every time!!! See you soon when we do my fence!"

"Patrick and his crew were efficient, friendly, professional and hard workers. They were on time, to the minute, the flooring looks wonderful and I would recommend the company to everyone needing flooring-It was all done within a week! I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Actually I would give them 10 stars-and believe me, I have had a lot of companies do work for me-none were better than PK flooring."

"They did an excellent job and I have no complaints. They gave us an estimate and it cost what the estimate was. There were no extra charges and they came when scheduled. They cleaned up afterwards. We were satisfied with their work. I didn't get any other bids so I don't know how the price compared."

"I had my old deck removed and new deck built. Luke was Very Easy to get along with. He listened and was receptive to my ideas and changes last minute. The area was cleaned up and old wood taken away. I will definitely hire him for future projects!!!"
