Do not hire this company. They did a stucco patch job and it looks like a very amateur job. They were going to stucco over trim luckily I caught that before they finished and they did take the trim off and start over, but had I not noticed it in the process of the job I probably wouldn’t have known until it started to fail. They were supposed to put flashing at the bottom of the stucco where it met the roof and didn’t. Stucco contractors are hard to find but do not use this company.

Fabio is absolutely the best. We needed some drywall work done on a former porch that the previous owner had badly enclosed. Found Fabio and Facility Solutions via Angi. He had the best bid so we went with him. There were some hiccups like studs not to code and some additional electrical work that needed done. Fabio and crew took it all in stride and fixed everything. The communication was absolutely outstanding. Most contractors I've worked with are terrible in this department. I knew when folks were coming to the house, when they were leaving, what questions/decisions there were, and what those implications were. Never at any point was I unaware of what Fabio and the team were doing. Excellent work all around. Would absolutely hire again in a second.

Fabio and his team are pros. Responded quickly, communicated thoroughly. He did an excellent analysis of the leaking problem, which was not readily apparent in a roof like mine. Clearly he was concerned about doing quality work and about the cost. He showed me pictures of around my chimney where the flashing had deteriorated over the years, and more pictures of completion after the repair was made. I have a very steep roof, so I don't go up there as I am not a goat. He discussed the situation with me and we agreed on a plan of action. He did a very thorough repair. The next time it rained, I still had a leak. He came out again and did further analysis. He examined the existing shingles and found water underneath them. He was able to determine where the leak started (and he showed me the evidence and explained it) and his skilled team replaced the shingles and ice and water underlayment and some replacement of the wood roof decking which had been damaged by water. So I had two leaks, they repaired them both professionally on time and budget, two flat-rate fees, which I like very much, not time and materials, and no overages. I recommend them highly.

I myself am in the construction management industry so I have high standards, and Facility Solutions met them all. Facility Solutions met each of my projects, larger and smaller, with creativity, efficiency, and assistance in decision making, right down to the final punch list items. I am supremely impressed.

We are so impressed with these guys. They stayed in contact with us, used quality materials, fixed everything that our old barn needed and did everything we asked for. They were professional and very nice. We would recommend that anyone looking for services they offer contact them. They are great.

They did a great job. The shingle roof was finished in one day and everything was cleaned up well. When they found rotting throughout the garage roof, they let us know the updated costs and fixed it. We found them to be very affordable compared to other quotes we received, and the work was of good quality. The only potential thing to note is that they didn’t rigorously follow the schedule they initially gave us, which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for anyone who is in a rush or needs a schedule followed.

Fabio was courteous, informative. Job was completed on a timely basis and neatly done. He wore a mask when speaking to us, going up into attic etc. during this Covid crisis. Would use this company again.

I asked Facility Solutions to give me a bid for painting our outside porch. Within a week of accepting the bid, the porch was painted. Looking so good. The painters were professional and thorough. I highly recommend this company.

I can’t say enough good things about replacing our roof. Brandon and his team were great. They were fast, worked long days so we had a functioning roof because it was to rain. We have a steep roof and other companies wouldn’t even consider doing it. Ones that did wanted to charge us thousands more. We would not hesitate to hire this company again.

Roofing went good. job looks good. Its the little things. I found at least a dozen nails and even more staples on the ground. When they did my gutters they didn't fix the facia under the gutter. All it would have needed was a couple nails and some caulk. Its the little things in life that would have made it a great job.

Fabio and his team were communicative, hard working and incredibly clean. They paid attention to detail and Fabio provided us consistent communication about progress. The end result is exactly what we wanted, and we would work with them again in a heart beat.

They came to do the repairs the same day we called, fitting it in after they finished another project. They did a good job on the repairs we knew were needed, and they checked the whole roof to see if more repairs were needed. They fixed the minor problems they found. They were very polite and a pleasure to work with.

It went okay. They were quick, on time, thorough, and they were easy to work with.

Facility Solutions did an excellent job replacing our roof. We are extremely happy with the results, others in the neighborhood love it as well. The crew was very professional and showed up on time. When they left (same day) it was like they had never been there - all the debris had been removed! Highly recommend, great value!!

We hired Fabio and FSCo on a recommendation from a neighbor who had had them repair a gutter. The pricing was standard but because the quality was so good and they went above and beyond what we thought they were going to do, we actually got a fantastic deal. Very friendly and responsive, too.

The house I purchased in December had a disclosed roof leak. Facility Solutions had a set minimum price for leak sleuthing and repairing. I was happy they found the leak quickly and repaired it. Fabio stayed in good contact with me as the explored the situation. We just had lots of snow melt and two days of rain and there was no leak!! Yay!!
